Joint project of Radioavionika OJSC and Transtelesoft LLC

On November 15, a demonstration of the flaw detection complex “Mobile Diagnostic Laboratory (MDL) with an ultrasonic wheel search system” produced by Radioavionika, St. Petersburg, was held at the branch of JSC NC KTZ -Iletsky Railway Section.

The flaw detection system is installed on a Sobol locomobile- car, on a combined course (a flaw detector car).

This MDL project was developed for Kazakhstan Temir Zholy.

Representatives of Radioavionika OJSC and Transtelesoft LLC, together with representatives of the Kazakhstan Railway, carried out a starting trip to a distance of 25 km to show the work of the complex on the way.

The mobile diagnostic laboratory (CDL) provides high-quality control of bolted joints, places with local irregularities of the rail track, has the ability to position converters along the width of the rail head.

Movement along the railway tracks is controlled by the Locomotive Onboard traffic Safety system “Bort”, developed by Transtelesoft, installed on the locomobile.

The locomotive on-board traffic safety system “Bort” ensures the movement of all types of rolling stock operated on railway sections equipped with automatic locomotive signaling devices ALSN, semi-automatic locking, as well as on sections with interval control of train movement.

The Bort system complies with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 001/2011.
